Our regular office hours are from 9AM to 5PM Mon-Friday, but if you have been injured we encourage you to call NOW and not delay. Someone will be able to speak with you.
There are no attorneys' fees unless you win or settle your case. Our fees are then 33% of your recovery, plus costs (hospital charges, etc.)They are usually increased to 40% in the event we have to file suit in your case and take it to Court.
FELA cases are on a different fee schedule, although there is still no attorney's fee up front. Please call for more information.
